What to Expect
The Pre Visit
The pre-visit experience begins with a confirmation text detailing your scheduled service, date, and time. Be sure to check your inbox for your welcome email, which includes directions, parking information, and helpful tips to enhance your visit. If you've booked an Allergy Friendly Service, please remember to complete the consultation form. Curly-haired clients will receive extra preparation instructions for their appointment. If your welcome email isn't visible, don't forget to check your spam folder.
48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a text asking you to confirm your appointment. Now all you have to do is get excited for your upcoming appointment.

Consultation
We'll discuss your goals and vision for your hair. I'll ask insightful questions to understand how you currently feel about your hair, making sure we keep the things you like and address what isn't working. During our session, we'll create a routine that aligns with your lifestyle and introduce new healthy hair habits to incorporate between appointments.
Afterwards
Following your session, we will go over aftercare and maintenance. You'll receive links to personalized products, and we can either schedule your next visit before you leave or set you up with the Vagaro app for future appointments. In the meantime, you can find me on social, where I share hair trends, tips, and tutorials. I'll also check in with you in about a week to see how you're enjoying your new style.
