Covid Policy in Effect Until Further Notice 

When you arrive at the salon for your scheduled appointment at Annex Hair Studio. Please follow the following Guidelines:

  • Complete the Covid Liability waiver within 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

  • Please wait in your vehicle until the client ahead of you has exited the salon.

  • Come alone to your appointment. Only bring other family members to your appointment that are also scheduled for services at the same time.

  • Please only bring into the salon what you need while at your appointment. 

  • Wear a mask at all times when in the salon. If you do not have a mask or you are a color client a mask can be provided for you.

  • Please sanitize your hands with the sanitizer provided or wash them with soap and water in the bathroom. 

  • No food or drinks in the salon at this time.

Please complete Covid-19 Liability Waiver within 24 hours of your appointment. 

If you have any of the following symptoms, please reschedule your appointment

Due to the contagious nature of Covid-19, Annex Hair Studio is following state mandated recommendations including mask wearing, hand washing, social distancing where possible, and reduced occupancy. Please come to your appointment with a positive attitude and a willingness to follow all guidelines. As owner of Annex Hair Studio, I reserve the right to decline services if Covid-19 procedures are not followed.

If you have any of the following symptoms within 14 days of your appointment, please be considerate and cancel your appointment.

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Headache

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea

This list does not include all possible symptoms. CDC will continue to update this list as we learn more about Covid-19.

Same day cancellations due to Covid-19 symptoms are exempt from rebooking fees.

Please give as much notice as possible.

"No Shows" will still be charged according to the

cancelation policy.
